Shipping & Delivery

For orders shipped in Canada we ship out of our Canadian warehouse located in Montreal QC, for order shipped in the USA we ship out of our US warehouse located in Champlain NY. When choosing a shipping option, please allow up to two business days for order processing. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99 USD we also offer 3-5 days for $9.99 or 2-day for $35. You can use our handy shipping calculator tool to find out shipping prices for individual items. The shipping calculator can be found once item is added to shopping cart. WineAndTableware.com will immediately replace goods damaged during the shipping process at no charge. The customer must contact us within 48h of delivery at support@wineandtableware.com or 1-877-946-3701.  If the customer is not there to receive a package FedEx will make 2 attempts or if the area is safe, you can leave a note on your door with your tracking number and signature asking them to leave it at your door. After 2 attempts the package will be returned to us and the customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping. These same conditions will apply if a customer refuses a package.

For Alaska, Hawaii

FedEx offers Air shipping only for the above destinations. A surcharge may apply.  The time-frame will depend on which zone the goods are shipped to. WineAndTableware.com cannot offer free shipping to these areas.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change a WineAndTableware.com order for any reason, please e-mail us atsupport@wineandtableware.com and make sure to include your order number or call 1-877-946-3701 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.

WineAndTableware.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
